The Migraine Trust is a British registered charity, whose aim is to “empower, inform, and support those affected by migraine, while educating health professionals and actively funding and disseminating research.” You’ll find helpful, research-based articles and personal blogs.
The American Migraine Foundation (AMF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of research and awareness surrounding migraine. The AMF is the US version of The Migraine Trust, and is a valuable resource and tool.
The Cleveland Clinic is one of the migraine research bigwigs, and has an enormous amount of research, guides, and information for those at all stages of migraine diagnosis.
The Journal of Headache and Pain
If you want nitty-gritty science, you’ll enjoy digging through The Journal of Headache and Pain’s in-depth articles and studies.
Don’t let “headache” in the name fool you — The American Headache Society has studies and resources for migraines alongside headaches and includes podcasts, interviews and videos alongside their bank of resources.
