How it Works

1. You log episodes.


2. You record factors (suspected triggers). In our app, factors are tracked separate from episodes. This is a little different. But, it helps us find your real triggers.


3. After you log a factor 5 times, we post that to results.

4. The more you track, the more accurate your results.

Your Results

After about 8 weeks, our pattern finder shows you which factors (suspected triggers) are more correlated with your episodes.

We help you find the hard to find patterns that you and your care team may be missing.

Finding Triggers is The Goal

Our app is different – it allows you to track daily. You don’t have to track every day. But, the more information you add to the app, the more quickly we can help you find patterns.
